Virginia Protti Varela work Bio

Virginia Varela joined Golden Pacific Bank as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors for both the Bank and Golden Pacific Bancorp in 2013. Golden Pacific Bank is a highly innovative community bank headquartered in downtown Sacramento, with branches in Yuba City and Live Oak. As a regulator, Ms. Varela held various positions of authority with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Treasury Department, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Her specialty area is community bank regulations and supervision.

Ms. Varela has consulted with financial institutions and government agencies both on a national and global scale. She has succeeded in overseas missions with the Financial Services Volunteer Corporation assisting developing and transition countries. She also served as a member of the Interagency Hurricane Katrina Task Force “Banks Helping Banks,” and was an active Consultant to the national “Elder Financial Protection Network.”

Ms. Varela is a member of the California Bankers Association Board of Directors. Ms. Varela’s contributions were recognized through a “Woman of Distinction” Award in the San Francisco Bay area, as well as other honors and certifications over the years. Ms. Varela holds a BS degree in Economics, a BA degree in English Literature, and a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

This is Jeannette before her nose job, at first I thought the new nose looked bad. But after seeing these photos that doctor did the best he could. Man vs Nature never works out well for us. 

Here she is again, I blurred out the child. I don't post about kids. 

Yeah, that's definitely the same nose. She looks better older. 

Bernadette/Jeanette's attorney disbarred!

Disbarred Attorney Michael Dershem 

Bernadette's Attorney Michael Dershem who represented her in her Oklahoma name change petition was disbarred by the state of Oklahoma. In a nut shell he was just a whack job who was a terrible attorney. It's no suprise the only person who would represent her was a janky lawyer. Here's a little highlight from the Supreme Court's ruling against her Attorney Michael Dershem.  

From the Supreme Court of Oklahoma: "The Tribunal viewed Respondent's lack of interest in this Complaint as clear evidence of his inability and unwillingness to practice law.

¶ 3 Due to the serious nature of the uncontested allegations against Respondent and his apparent abandonment of the practice of law and disregard for the authority of the bar association and this Court, Respondent is disbarred and ordered to pay costs associated with this investigation in the amount of $315.51".

Arthur Costas on why Jeannette/Bernadette shouldn't be released

''From a victim's standpoint, the punishment doesn't even begin to equate to the magnitude of the crime,'' said Costas. He said he resented a justice system that placed Protti in a facility where she could have a boyfriend and complete her high school education -- opportunities that were denied his daughter. 

''You can't replace your child so you think about that all the time,'' said Costas, who said that he worries that Protti remains dangerous to the public. ''The emotions and the public safety -- we lose on both counts.''-Arthur Costas

Here's what the dissenting Parole Board Officer Victor Wisehart said: 

"Bernadette remains a danger to the public and is in need of further treatment to address her inability to control her anger and impulses.'' 

Wisehart referred to a recent incident during which Protti demonstrated ''anger and a lack of impulse control'' in a confrontation with her boyfriend at the Youth Authority school. 

''I hate to think how she would have handled the incident had she been on parole and able to arm herself and stalk again another victim,'' Wisehart said. 

''She has a hidden trigger that anyone can pull just by not giving (her) what she thinks she should get in a relationship.''

Here is dissenting Parole Board member Victor Wisehart. Who should be hailed as a hero for being the only one who stood up and spoke the truth. He knew Bernadette was a liar who needed more time. He passed in 1995. He was 69.  

So scary that she was released in a 2-1 vote. In those days there was pressure on the Judicial system to rehabilitate especially youthful offenders. Also the cost of housing inmates definitely went into that decision. 

I can't believe they went against the Costas' wishes. They were failed by the police investigators they were failed by the courts and the parole board. Jeannette should really just now be getting out. A seven year sentence just wasn't adequate in this case. This was a horrendous crime. Kirsten suffered immensely. 

Jeannette and sister Virginia Protti Varela look like twins! Yes, the sister who's knife killed Kirsten.

Jeannette aka Bernadette looks just like her banker sister Virginia Varela. Virginia testified that she used a large knife in her car to cut veggies. If that's true how do these people live with themselves? 

In my opinion she perjured herself. I do not believe it was her knife, I feel she was covering for her sister so the prosecution couldn't charge Bernadette with first degree premeditated murder. If she was found guilty of that maybe she would still be in jail. 

I truly believe she planned to kill Kirsten. And thought she would get away with it. 

Jeannette is stalking Lori Slocum!

Jeannette Tomanka is hell bent on ruining Lori Slocum's life. Jeannette believes that Lori runs this blog. Which is not the case. Jeannette has made a blog, called Lori Slocum harrassed and has also made a fake Twitter page in Lori's name. 

As you see, Jeannette even has followed a bunch of people and even tweets news stories from Lori's hometown. 

Jeannette also does what she does best, which is change the location on Twitter to make people think it's real. She has also done this on her fake Jeannette Tomanka Suzie homemaker page

Jeannette thinks that people are so stupid that if you just change the location that's enough. 

She is also so crazy she responds as Lori on Twitter when people try to let her know about the libelous blog. 

Really? Jeannette, you killed a girl. You cannot be upset people want to know your whereabouts. Lori didn't kill anybody you did. 

This blog I run falls under freedom of speech. What you're doing to Lori, Jeannette is actually a crime.
